First Impressions

Had my first Civic about 9 months now, so ready to comment
  • You will see that I have low powered model
  • very economical on petrol
  • never used any water or oil since I got it
  • put new mats in from Cox...great
  • power not a problem except on steep hills
  • cruises all day on motorway at 70
  • hard suspension, but roadholding superb
  • tracked down bad rattle at rear, sorted it
  • love driving position and feedback from onboard computer
  • very versatile storage/carrying
  • 4 new tyres, Goodyear EfficientGrip, like them. Always used Vredestein before, thought I'd try these
  • cheap to insure
Nothing really new here, but I do like the car very much, well worth the money. Garage I bought it from were superb, very helpful and I would buy from them again.
I have followed many items on this forum, and found it to be great for a newbie like me, not very technical but willing to have a go at things myself.

It was in the bar that goes across the back screen. The inside part that sits in the boot area is a plastic cover, and I took it off and refitted it by pressing it hard and clicking it into place. It worked, no rattle.
Sorry I don't have the technical words to describe it all....hope you can follow it!

It was the long grey plastic panel behind the upper brake lights set into the back window,

Good luck, hope it works
