Smile Hey there

New to the forums, just got a new 58plate Civic 1.8

Very nice must say, really enjoyed driving it the last week, done nearly 1000 miles so had plenty of time to get used to it

Had a quick search before i joined, and found out that the 08 onwards have different floor mats to the 07 models,

but does anyone know if the back mats are different in the 08 3 door and 08 5 door?

Welcome!

I think the rear mats should be the same.

It is the front mats that are different, partly due to some minor changes to improve safety that meant the mats had to change to fit and I think also the "anchor" design has changed.

Yeah that's what i kinda found out from searching but couldn't find anything to do with the rear mats

apparently the foot rest is moved or something.

Glad i found the forums anyway, lots of info here

Hi and welcome to civinfo.

I think the rear mats are the same, as FWH says.

Yeah thats when i first picked it up

I've now done near 1500 miles,

I've got about 32miles left (so it says before i run out of fuel) and my petrol station is roughly 48 miles away.

I think with sensible driving on the way home (M6 & A14) I should be able to get there fine!

Before I filled up the other day, my computer said I only had 2 miles left, but I had a gallon left in the tank!
