New Ex

I have just down sized from a four by four which was costing me a fortune in diesel and devalueing at 500per month. I have purchased an ex management car 07 EX in Nighthawk black, fitted with rear parking sensors. Only 9000 miles Well pleased just 1 issue.
The alloys which are the standard ones are showing very sight signs of corrosion. The brake dust in the corners is well and truly imbedded and starting to blister.
Has anyone else expeienced this and what successes did you have with the dealer
Also looking to purchase a speed camera detector but I want one that you can charge up therefore no cables and less chance of getting nicked(like my last one) any advise

Hi and welcome to Civinfo

Congrats on the car and of course you choosing the best colour. Do post some pics when you have time, won't you ?

Take a look here for the wheel problem:Wheels, Tyres, Suspension and Brakes - Civinfo

and here for the police detector: http://www.civinfo.com/forum/electro...-detector.html

I hope that helps

Welcome!

NHB is the fastest colour.

You can install a wired speed cam detector quite neatly.

Hi and welcome to civinfo.

Quite a few members have had their wheels replaced under warranty for the same problem.
