Hi there and welcome.
Great car.
In Singapore the 4D civic is the standard , but I don't understand why the hatchback chassic (fn2) is the type-r there ? I reckon the sedan type-r (fd2) is the standard type-r in all countries in Asia or just in Japan ?

4D Civic is standard here. The hatchback Type R FN2R is available from the authorised Honda dealer here and the 4Dr Type R FD2R is available from parallel importers here.

the FD2R is only available from official dealers in Japan and Malaysia only. I think that Malaysia has a limit of 100 Type Rs. not too sure about that.
