Hello

Hi
I have just been given a Civic Type S GT iCDTi as a company vehicle! With my old job I had a knackered astravan. Its like going from a horse and cart into a spaceship! Am keen to do some mods allready from reading some of the great articles on this site. Has anybody else had a problem with the door handle rattling on the drivers door? Any fixes/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi and welcome to the place

What an upgrade? Congrats.

Regarding the door handle, I would take it to your dealer to get it sorted as the car will still be under warranty.

Welcome! There is a recall with the drivers door handle. Not sure if it's a rattle problem though! Take it into the dealers and see what they say!

Get used to the rattles though

Hi and welcome to civinfo.

The door latch recall was because on some models they were very stiff to operate.

As Happyman and Robbieee say take it into the dealer, it should be an easy fix.
