Oh yeah, it just seems to be a lot of effort. Plus I lied to my dad saying that the car is going away on Monday to get the fog lights added to it, when infact it was just to get the trims and stuff put onto it and re-painted, so I might be in trouble haha!

I feel cheated...the guys I was taking my car to get repaired said I would possibley need a whole new front wing, so I bought that along with another splash guard thingy.

About an hour ago there my friends saw the "damage" and told me all I needed was a tiny bit of paint and to clip the splashguard thingy back on and that I don't need a new wing, 130 quid down the drain =(

Advice if any?

Talk to him & ask why does it need a new wing and state the view that you've been given from your "more knowledgeable" friends.
If he doesn't convince you of the need, say you're going elsewhere.

You don't owe him anything yet & surely he wants to keep your business.

News flash, just actually opened the other box containing the "splash guard" and its not there its just the trim that goes around the wheel arch.

This situation is getting better
