Back for more

Having previously owned a MK8 2.2 i-CTDi a few years back I had to consider Civic when I came around to changing cars. Just signed off on a MK9 1.8 vtec auto today, loaded with extras and under 20k on the clock. Can't wait to pick it up in a couple of days and join back in on the discussions. First order of work will be hardwiring a dashcam in. From a few YouTube videos it seems fairly straight forward! Looking forward to being in the forum again!

Hola. Check the How2's here. Use the options connector port to connect it too.

Thanks guys. Couldn't see a how2 on the MK9 section, although it wasn't too difficult in the end. Really surprising to see how many YouTube videos describe a method that makes the cable go over the curtain airbags! Found a decent route and plugged in using supplied fuse tap into the rear wiper 10amp fuse. Dashcam works a treat on ignition on. Also had my first drive out today and happy as larry with the car. Averaging 42mpg over two trips so far 🙂
