Space Saver spare wheel

Hi guy's
I'm from the UK and have just purchased a well cared for 2006/7 Honda Civic 1.3 S I-DSI 5 Door Hatchback @ 29,000ml.
As you know the wheel size is 16".
My question is, would a Honda Civic 15" (5 x stud) Space Saver spare wheel be ok to use as an emergency spare?
Cheers
PS. As this my first posting ever/anywhere... pls be gentle :0)

Hi. If your car has the large brake shields the 15 " wont clear them. Theres been posts before about this on the mk8s. The 15"s you see advertised are normally from mk7 civics.
