Newbie from Telford

How do folks, I have just collected my 58 Plate Civic 1.8 VTec ES. This is the very first Honda I have owned so I hope it is all it promises to be. I am a bit concerned by a creaking clutch pedal, which I have tried (unsuccessfully so far) to lubricate. Only had the car since last tuesday, so was thinking about taking it back to Honda. I would appreciate any advice?

hi mate and welcome, sounds probably like the clutch master cylinder unit will eventually need replacing, quite a common problem.

Welcome mate.

Would suggest a trip to JT Hughes in Shrewsbury, much more helpful than the Telford one, or even Holdcroft Honda in Stoke.

Both been fantastic as had an 2.2 Accord for 3 years. JT Hughes did my clutch/DMF change under warranty and Holdcroft just done my clutch/DMF change at the expense of the garage I bought it through few weeks back.
