Best way to get iPhone 5 playing music/podcasts via usb/wire or bluetooth?

Got an 07 FD2 GT - it doesn't have the USB port in it but has everything else.
Looking for the best way to play music/podcasts through my iPhone 5 either via USB/AUX or Bluetooth without forking out ridiculous money to the dealer to insert the USB port.

Was originally recommended the "Bluetooth Parrott" by a car audio place near me but after researching it realised they look naff!

Been looking at the Dice Duo and the Dice Media-Bridge....(found on caraudiosecurity.com)....these look good.

Sound quality is the main thing i suppose.

Cheers
Olly

Parrot is pretty good tbh, and they cheapest way of getting it done.

Double DIN is obviously a lot better, but likely to cost 5 times as much.

I have a parrott and its perfect for what I need. Obviously a double din would be better however like previously mentioned they cost a lot more!

A lot of people slate the parrott car kits but I dont have a problem with it at all
