Useing original wires for amp

Can you please help me, i have had the amp installed before, but it died in summer. I removed all the wires to the speakers (all 4 speakers ) that i installed and reconect the after market speakers to original wires... Now i got a new amp and i whant to amp only rear two speakers , i would cut the original wires to get signal to the amp from under center console and than install the amped signal to original wires , also under center console...
Would that be ok, because i dont whant to disassemble the doors again, i broke the plastic triangle last time and i had to glue it back on..
Hope you understand what im tring to do .
Thanks alot for the help

I can't see a problem with using the original wires to connect between your speaker and amp.

I very much doubt it; and I don't think many people change the end-to-end wiring.
