USB connection to Panasonic HU (non satnav)

I read almost all topics that had something to do with this type of connection and I have no ideea if there is a solution out there.

So, as simple as I can put it, is there a device to connect a USB memory stick to a Panasonic head unit that doesn't have satnav, without any limitations (number of files/folders) and be able to control it through the steering weel?

Has anyone installed such a device? Does it really work?

If this has already been posted I apologize, but I want to buy a "box" that does this and I don't even know if there is such a "box" out there.

thank you

P.S. I have a '07 Civic, 1.8L, Sport.

P.P.S. I don't care for an I-Pod connection

I've heard quite a few rumours that this does not work on the 06 on Civics, so check it out before you buy.

I'm happy I'm not the only one having this problem, but I'm not that happy at the same time because this means that a solution to our problem does not exist yet.
