Can I upgrade?

Hi guys, I have a 2007/57 type r gt and I want to upgrade my stereo to a double din? I have the sat nav,Bluetooth and iPod connector already built in from factory. Will I loose my sat nav and can I use the phone controls on the steering wheel to answer phone if I buy a Bluetooth double din? The reason I am planning on this is because as you all know the Bluetooth HFT is too expensive to fix and ATM, Honda can't even help. I have done all the usual solutions, which did help for 10mins and then stopped working.
Help would be appreciated. Thanks

If you opt for a double din the yes you can continue to use the buttons on the steering wheel but will need to purchase the Connects2 kit (roughly £110 with fascia).

Your current screen displaying time/date/temp and sat nav will have to be changed to the basic screen without the sat nav bit. Can be picked up secondhand relatively cheap.

Connects2 will also ensure the date/time/temp continues to be displayed.
