Is USB possible? Car came with Connects 2 iPod Adaptor already plumbed in.

Car came with a Connects2 iPod Adaptor and Aux out all wired in to the armrest.

My first thought was, can I change this over to the Connects2 USB?

I think the answer is no because that says Alpine, and I think from reading on here that the head unit is the Panasonic one? (No Sat Nav).

Is there anything else to get USB working in the CIVIC?

I need USB in mine too for charging phone/vaper etc. Not sure if I'm way off with what you are trying to do/want here but just trying to help you can get a cigarette socket lighter replacement for just couple of pounds like the attached

@nethym can you take a picture of the connector that plugs into the USB version? wondering if it's the same as mine.
