How rare is a USB cable?

Heya,

I see there's a port in the Civic that is a specific type of cable. Is there a way to convert that to USB? Are those cables easy to get hold of? How much £££?

Cheers,
Carl

And that's why [censored] people remove what was standard kit and sell them on.

I can't post what I think of them.

At least Honda fixed the 9G ones in place.

Its what really annoys me about manufacturers. Why do they make accessories so expensive? And why was that cable such a silly design, when it could have been just a normal USB cable? Speaker rings, £42 for what is basically £2 worth of moulded silver plastic. Parking sensor kit £465 or £16.99 for a Cibso kit from fleabay. Madness. Make them reasonable and people would buy the stuff.
