Hacking into CD changer feed

Hi all,
I've got the 8 bay cd changer behind behind the armrest, [factory install].
I dont use it, but really need a aux port to connect a DAB FM transmitter radio i have.
The FM transmitter is rubbish, so want to hack the CD changer wire to feed the audio to the radio that way.
I don't care about dash board displays/steering wheel controls.

Anyone done this, or know of the wires i need to find the 2 wires (if they exist).

Cheers
Stu
