Speakers randomly stopped

Hey all, im not really one to post much i just generally have a read in the for sale section. Anyway on to the issue, my passenger side speakers front and back just stopped working one day. I have checked the balance and fade both central. Is this a common thing? I am thinking about upgrading from the stock HU at some point. Tia 😊

If you remove the speakers you'll probably find them corroded/rusty on the plug. I found this out when I was updating my old speakers, as one of my rears was not working.....
