Type 666 You can still get lens cleaner CDs I'd imagine. Or else take this opportunity to upgrade to a double din (highly recommended).

bill ericay I had a similar problem years ago when I loaded a cd with a loose label which stayed in the drive when the cd was ejected, it did the same as your player and kept ejecting discs. I only found it by using a torch and peering into the slot when the offending object became visible, and came out with the help of various probes, spring hooks, tweezers etc. Worked fine afterwards , perhaps you have the same problem?

CD player malfunction?

Iíve had my 06 EX a couple of months now, and up until this week the CD player had been working fine.

Now, when I try to load a CD, the player takes the disc in but cannot seem to load it, instead it makes a continual clicking/ratchet noise until it eventually gives up and spits the disc back out.

The problem has seemed to coincide with having bought a bunch of second hand CDs, but Iím wondering if this is a bit of a red herring.

Any thoughts?
