Honda FR-V 2.2 REMAP is it poss?

Hi guys, is the 2.2 engine the same in the FR-V as in the civic?
and can it be remapped too?
only looking for about 170bhp map to save on clutch.

my family is getting bigger so need an extra seat

yup its the same engine, Honda kept it simple when i came to Diesel.
it can be chipped to 170 with ease.


ps. im not sure if it is exactly the same, but it is 2.2 I-CTDI with 140 BHP so i guess it is.

The remap will not be a problem but the clutch may be, I have a superchips 170bhp remap and I am on my third clutch as you probably know

Luck of the draw with clutches, don't let this put you off.

Two Civics over the last 4 years, both had Celtic Tuning remaps (the current one to 197 bhp), original clutches with no issues whatsoever.

map it as far as it will go and budget for a clutch, if it never goes..... bonus!
