im looking to find my old civic and see if it is still alive
how do i go about doing this registration is W86 ULA

Just checked on dvla and it came back with nothing, which means it's properly dead

Is that not a private plate? If it is it won't come back to anything if it's been put back.

This page has got me interested now. I've just been on the dvla site to check a car I had scrapped and it's come up with the fact it's currently taxed and recently MOT'd!! Sorry to barge in on thread. I'm not sure what to think about that though.

Well I've just had a quick look and apparently they can decide not to scrap it if they wish. Clears that up I guess

Sometimes they auction it for people to buy and repair themselves or whatnot..

Although old cars of mine I know are long long gone still show up?
