2009 diesel civic fuel rail again

I had to have my fuel rail replaced just over 2 years ago due to low pressure error. Had work done at Honda in Basingstoke for 1300. Now just had pgm fi check system come up, Honda found error p1065, low pressure in fuel rail again. They have tried changing fuel filter, no difference. Tried donor fuel pump, no change. Tomorrow a donor fuel rail will be tried. My question is if it is the fuel rail again should I have to pay for the part again? Surely the fuel rail shouldn't fail twice in two years.
Car has 99k on clock and is used for commute to work mostly motorway driving I do 18k miles per year, and don't drive it hard.

What are my rights?

I'm not sure about your rights, but there is never a reason to replace the fuel rail!!! Honda only do this because they do not stock the pressure relief valve nor the pressure sensor - these are the only fuel rail components that can fail (the rail is basically a fat tube with lots of connection).

If you do have to pay for any further repair, don't take the car to Honda... Go somewhere who will simply buy the pressure relief valve (a common failure item that cost around 100) or the pressure sensor from Bosch, who originally supplied these components to Honda.

This problem you have could well be the pressure relief valve, if not then it could be an injector with excessive leak back. Honda rarely understand how the system works and (as you are finding) will simply swap expensive parts until it seems to work. A Bosch service centre would be my preferred suggestion to fix it properly, or any diesel specialist (Honda use very common Bosch CP3 and CP4 standard injection systems).

Thanks Jon, they have check the fuel rail and not that either. Finally they checked injector leak and number 4 is leaking apparently and needs replacing, for 580 inc time and vat 😟 Quite why they didn't test for that 3 days ago is annoying. Should have asked on here in the first place, as you were right about the injector. Is this price reasonable? I have no idea what the cost should be, but I need the car back ASAP for work.
Thanks for you help 👍🏼
