2004 Mk7 Side Indicator Lights

How do I get at the 'led' lamp assembly in the wing mirror on my civic. The driver's side does not come on at all. All other indicators work when turning or locking the car. The electric mirror itself moves where I want it. I'm assuming just the lamp(s) inside it have gone. Any help would be much appreciated.

in my golf i had to pull out the glass, then there were a few bolts to remove the plastic housing, which exposes the indicator unit. normally you don't replace the led's on these, its the whole lighting unit
