Is it possible to edit your own post without asking for a mod after a while.

I have no option to do so in my How To Replace Foglight bulbs/housing topic and i need to update the picture links

AFAIK, yeah. Although you can't on some sub-forums, the for sale section for example.

It's only for a limited time you're able to edit, after that you do need to ask a mod. Not sure what the time restriction is, actually.

Edit: Just monitored a post I made at 10:25 yesterday; you lose the ability to edit after 24 hours.

I have asked 2 mods.

One i just have found out has not been online for 3 months, the other is yet to respond(this was done a week or so ago but i can understand the mods get busy at times).

It is better to report a post than contacting a single Mod.
