Best way to remove Plasti dip

So the precious owner of my civic decided to dip the bumper and bonnet Matt black. It looked good to begin with but now it's starting to peel because of its age.

Best way to remove it?

wd40 let it soak a while and then pressure wash. if you hate yourself white spirit and a microfibre cloth will also do it but its a long hard process
