Aftermarket Gear Knob with fitting for OEM Gaiter

Are there are any type R style gear knobs that have fittings on the bottom for the OEM gaiter? (Image attached, quality not great)
I'd rather not pull the interior apart, but I wouldn't mind an after market gear knob to add a little style.

I don't have seen R type gear knobs which fits to the OEM gaiter connector.

Therefore I solved it as on the picture

Bit late to the party, but this might work?

Search on ebay for Honda Civic Shift Head Limiter Shift Lever Adapter Joystick AccessorX6O2 .

Got one on order in readiness for the Skunk2 i've got heading my way next week.

I have the aluminium round one from a type R. I used a nut under the leather and screwed it against the gearknob. No problem

Ah, I did that - Posted it elsewhere!

A 10m nut fits perfectly in the stock holder; I've since replaced it with the Acuity collar which matches my Skunk2 shifter nicely.
