Hi

What about rest of Europe. Will fit to LHD? We have brake liquid on the right side. UK FN2 has on the left side There is any chance fit into LHD FN2?

It was possible to fit the old GruppeM to EP3 LHD cars by relocating the reservoir so it may well be possible but it's not something we will be able to check as we only have access to RH drive cars. Sorry.

Its going to take 2-3 hours to fit.
The FD2 one takes 3 hours and you don't have to do the bonnet mods.
Labour is 50 per hour but at the moment we are offering 15% off labour for work booked in during September.

Hey Paul,

Can you please talk with Gruppe-M to develop this kit for LHD cars, too (maybe they listen you as you guys sells their products) ?
Considering this is a European car, with LHD (except UK) might be a good thing to sell more kits ...

I can't see them re-designing the kit. It will be more a few parts you need to re-locate the reservoirs.
I believe a couple of tuners in Spain and Portugal are looking into this already.

The problem is not the tanks, but the clutch cylinder!
The air filter box needs to be modified, than it fits!

If GruppeM to produce LDH Kits, then they could sell more of these kits and therefore with the price go down!

Unfortunatly being UK based with no access to LHD cars we aren't in a very good position to make recomendations or advise manufacturers what to do or how to go about it.

Anyone can call someone and say you need to make this or that but when they answer..."so what do we need to change?".... we don't know having not seen it ourselves.

Manufacturers do listen to what we have 1st hand knowledge of and have done in the past. We have worked very closely with Toda USA to produce what was the N2 camshaft reflashed ecu for the US market. That was actually mapped on my car here in the UK as I had the cams and the facilities and abilities to do it but in the case of a part for a car we have never seen it becomes impossible.

Hope you see where we are coming from.

There are companies that do however have access to these kits and cars in Europe that are looking at a solution though so hopefully it won't be long.

No worries.

Regarding delivery we are still waiting. Seems like our order was diverted somewhere else to someone willing to pay more for them.

I have however received a load of kits for the FD2's, DC5's and EP3's all within 3 weeks of ordering but that doesn't help us much with the FN2's.

Remember our price includes VAT so a big saving on others offered.
Will post up an expected delivery date as soon as I hear anything.

Heard today that the order will be ready for shipping next week and should arrive in the UK week commencing the 3rd November.

I can only apologise as it seems our order was hijacked by someone willing to pay more than we negotiated trying to get you people a bargain so we got bumped back.

Really not happy but as we rely on our suppliers timescales there was nothing we could do. Ironically an FD2 one ordered 10 days ago just turned up today!

As soon as they arrive we will post up here so those interested can still get them at the great price we originally quoted.
