Diesel flywheel and clutch needed urgently!

I'm working with our performance clutch supplier at getting a solution for the flywheel/clutch problems on the Diesels and they require some in any condition for checking before they send me the prototypes for testing.
They have already suppled a solution for the ones on the Golf with good results.

Thanks
Paul

I can help with a clutch and pressure plate, if you could give me some idea of what the clutch upgrade would cost including fitting and power it would take you could possibly have it?

Not sure yet but flywheels are normally 200+VAT and uprated clutched start from 180+VAT but once we have the dimensions clarified there will probably be options to go right from Stage 1 versions with 50% more load capacity right upto twinplate ceramic for 1000bhp+

What is LUK?

As long as I have 1 clutch and 1 flywheel its all good. Condition doesnt matter what is important is overall dimensions and splines.

They normally are all padal clutches and not something that should worry anyone. I use the stage 4 in daily drivers and pedal feel is very much like stock. the ceramic one is a biatch though and you will have one leg twice the size of the other....but you can launch that at max rpm and its never going to slip!

I can feel another bunch of cash about to be earmarked
Lee...you know the score with my personal arrangements should I be needed.

@tdi-north
Chip has a 4 paddle clutch with chatter.
He has to drive the car around it.
Can you guarantee there wont be no chatter ?
If you cant I'll stick with the kevlar option.
