Statement of Guarantee

“The Managing Director, Paul West, would like to make the following statement.

TDi North is a professional company comprised entirely of qualified and professional staff.

We guarantee all our work and parts supplied* by ourselves and strive to ensure that all our customers are 100% happy.

If you are not 100% happy with the work and/or parts supplied by TDi we would ask that in the first instance, you contact the workshop (Tel no: 0800 0196055) and speak to Paul West or workshop manager Neil Holden. Any issues with the quality of parts supplied or work carried out will be dealt with as soon as we are made aware of the issues, following a stringent procedure which enables us to establish the facts. This includes a full examination of the vehicle. We are however, unable to guarantee the work or parts supplied where we have not immediately been made aware of the problem, where we have not been able to fully examine the vehicle within a reasonable time scale or where any work that has been carried out has been tampered or interfered with by any third party, whether that third party be a main dealer or an independent business. Where second hand or other parts not supplied by or purchased from TDi North have been used, we will endeavour to resolve any issues that have arisen as a result of the use of these parts but any costs for replacement parts or labour that arise as a result will be charged at the normal rate.

Please note that due to the nature of our business we are not always able to answer your call immediately. We endeavour at all times to answer your call promptly but if we have been unable to do this please ensure that you leave a message or send an email giving your name, details of your call and a contact telephone number. All calls are logged and used as part of any problem solving procedure if necessary.”

* Many aftermarket parts supplied have limited or no liability as you would expect with performance or race parts from the manufacturer and subsequently TDi North can only work within the terms given by the manufacturers.

Paul West
