FRS & Eibach Springs @ TDI North

Hiya people, I'm looking at getting my car lowered and the FRS done in the very near future. It's on a 59 plate Type R with (or will have very soon) 19" alloys. Could you please give me a price for this little lot getting done at TDI North, how far in advance I need to book it and how long it will take to do?
Many thanks in advance

Cheers fella, that's awesome! Also what drop do you recommend for lowering a daily driver ctr on 19's, considering the piss poor stake of our roads?!?!
Thanks again

Could you not post a thread with prices up like ABP do instead of pm'ing as it would save a few threads like this and pms to you?

Just a thought

Its pretty hard keeping track of prices as they can vary when suppliers change their prices....then you get someone quoting a thread where its in print from 3 years ago trying to hold you to that price gets a bit tedious explaining prices have changed, VAT rates have changed and still they don't understand!

FRS is the best mod I've had done to date (followed closely by the FlashPro). I love how the car feels now when I'm pushing on and even in the daily commute it feels more alive. TDi did a great job!

I would go for the FRS and springs, they are great! TDI's setup is very good. Although If possible, bin the 19" wheel idea and just powdercoat the original 18" Type R wheels, or buy some Buddy Club P1's in 18" etc... 19" tyres prices are quite a bit more expensive and have a bad effect on the ride.
