On that link page it says Edelstahl-Sportkatalysator, ohne Tüv.

If I remember correctly, ohne is german for 'without'. If this does not have Tüv approval - does it matter?

There is a company called GTT who did a stealth cat for the new Cooper S . They took some of the stuff out to let the gases flow easier
