Do this sound right

Just got the car dyno'd there and it came out at 192.7bhp, no mods at all and I thought these were supposed to be 198bhp?

Seems a fair bit lower than it should be the car has 6k miles and its being run on premium 95 RON petrol.

Or is this just normal

What was the WHP before flywheel conversion?

And 95RON isn't exactly premium, 97RON is, and 99 (vpower would probably see gains).

Yep, some are more accurate than others

Take it on another dyno and you may have got 202

That value can only be trusted as a benchmark for more mods

You would need a few readings off a few different dynos to see what true power it's running

Some Rolling Roads are more accurate than others and the ambient temperature makes a difference too
Some RR's should add this into the equation...some dont...
Try another RR and ask for an explanation of the calculation
The best and most accurate one I have found is 'Awesome GTI' - Irlam, Manchester

That probably wont make any difference at all..The air con on Hondas doesnt affect power output...apparantly

Are you planning to mod your car ? if so just use the 192 as a benchmark figure and have your car dynod at the same place once the mods are installed.
