Thumbs up Help, I need your info please...

Hello,

I am new to this forum site and after being on it for the past hour or so I am really happy with my choice.

I own a black Civic Type R, 57 plate and I have only put 2100 miles on her. I live in Staffordshire and I am looking for a garage that can help me with sourcing and fitting of mods for my car.

Does anyone know of any Honda specialists in Staffordshire?

Any information will be greatly appreciated, in case your wondering I am thinking of having a ECU remap, new exhaust system and possibly a new induction system.

Thankyou.

Hi and welcome to civinfo.

Give ABP Motorsport a try in Crewe.

They also happen to be an active member on here.

If you don't mind a 20 min drive up the M6 we can look after you.
Quite a few race teams even bring their cars to us when there are local tuners near them.

Here are a few of our "Competitive" customer’s cars we look after.

If your also looking at several mods over a period of time we can also pop your car on our dyno and give you a printout of what your cars got now so you can see the progression as you slowly add to it.

Thanks for the replies, that's been extremely helpful. I had a look at the ABP website and I recognised them as the gents who trialed the Milltek exhaust so I have used the link you sent me (thanks again Dimplyred) and asked them for their brochure of mods they have for the Type R.

I took a look at your website TDI-North and it was very good. I am at work at the moment (I work abroad alot, that's why I have such low mileage on my car, and why I cry like a girl when I have to leave it in the garage for a couple of months), but when I get back I will get in touch, I am interested on getting a session on the dyno.

Also, I would have thought putting 500hp through a front wheel drive car, completely bonkers, it would seem that's how you operate! I like it!!

Thank you again.

We have been offering a free 1st dyno run to all FN2 owners having mods supplied and fitted here as it gives them a benchmark of cars performance and can see what changes are being made as mods progress.

Do have free drinks machine as well.
And LCD TV with selection of DVD's as well as an X-Box.
