What Are They On About?

Just taken delivery of my new Milano Red CTR, Lurrrrvvvvvv every inch of it. What I cannot understand is why just about every review I have read, bangs on about the car's lack of torque and pull when in a high gear.

It pulls cleanly from thirty in sixth!!!! I kno it gets even better when you get the vtech going, but this is certainly not a car that needs to be thrashed to get some decent speed up. My Saab 9000 aero wasnt much better in top gear. Is it just me that thinks the mags are overeacting?

Warmest Regards
Rob

Car mags always tend to get all gooey over Ford Focus RS's and the like. Very biased some of them!

It's because they compare it it to all it's turbo charged rivals, what they are saying isn't wrong, it's just not in the correct context.
