Never nice to see but for track crashes, that was "minor" and bar being gutted not likely to have really done any occupant harm.

The car was structurally intact as it ran along the barrier rather than suddenly stopping.

While gutted you hardly take your car around a track like that without knowing the risks for what can be even a very small mistake!.

Especially with the standard alloys and tyres when the track looked a bit wet!!

Is that kind of damage fixable then? The wheel is almost not on the car any more! Surely he may have got at least a bit of whiplash? He was going quite fast

It depends. It's going to cost a lot to recover it to the UK let alone fix it. I reckon it's a write off

Exactly why this track is so ****. There's no run off watsoever. Never seen the appeal for this place and why so many people love it.

We have much better tracks in the U.K. And it rains here to.

It's not the tracks fault that he over drove heading into the corner and understeered into the barrier.
