Unhappy Rear Seats

Hopefully someone can clear this up a bit for me. My rear passengers side seat in my fn2 has a small gap at the front and doesn't sit flush with the other back seat. It touches the other seat at the back but there is a small gap at the front.

Is This a problem or are they all like that?

If this ain't normal can I fix it?

Is it sitting on top of the magic seat clip? The seat bar should be clipped in below the clip
