I Can install the Toda Racing Balancer Shaft on OEM oil pan?
ora I have to buy this?

Yes you can fit with the oem pan, the Toda pan is designed to hold oil in place undergrad cornering where the G force moves oil to one side and can starve engine of oil

You could also go for the Clockwise Motion baffled sump insert.

With the Clockwise Motion insert you keep your standard oil pan and it just slots in around your new oil pump. Great bit of kit.
