Rattle under drivers side

Just wondering if anyone knows if I need the heat shields under the drivers side? If tired putting bigger screws in etc but still rattles and driving me mad, any idea if I need to keep them or can I rip them off!

No replies eh, may be due to heat shields being discussed before?

If you can't fix it then rip it off. But if you do remove it, then consider why it was put there in the first place...

I'd try securing it unless it's the piece at the very back that covers the smoke box.

If everyone just came on here and searched there would never be a new thread, think how boring that would be

I wasn't being sarcastic, nor do I re-read my reply as such.
