Valve clearance

Afternoon chaps!
I'm taking my type R to my local garage to have valve clearance checked
Do I need to buy a rocker cover gasket and are the distances .21 inlet & .25 outlet? Cheers

Yes you need the rocker gasket and if I remember correctly some sealant in a few places.

I cant remember the distances off the top of my head sorry.
