honda fn2 check question

Hello all,
I just want to check something because most of you know more than me about Type r because i am new here in this type r world
My question is about black filthy on picture. Zoom picture if you can to see better. One part is whole black and others have little filthy on them.

haha I do not know because I bought car second hand. Maybe it is.
I am just afraid that this black filthy is not oil.

As long as there are no obvious signs off additional spills I wouldn't worry. Looks cleaner than mine
