front indicator-passenger side...confused

Hi all,my passenger side indictors seem to have blown, get the usual rapid flash on left side....so its remove wheel arch ballache time....so,i have 2 indicator bulbs per side(both flash on drivers side)....when you look on ecp/Halfords ect, yes, thier are two in the pack, but 1 of them is completely different shape....would I be right in assuming that the "pearl drop" bulb is in series with the "golf ball bulb" so if I change the 21w golf ball bulb...then the pearl drop will work.

cheers

Cheers farqui....the indicator bulbs are "581" `s...the pearl shape bulb on the far side in my pic is not listed on ECP or Halfords, which lead me to belive its wired in series with the standard 581 21w indicator bulb hence its not working when the 581 has blown...
cheers mate
