Floor mat cleaning

Anybody wondering how they can bring back to life there mats in the fn2? I've just sprayed a little stain remover and steam mopped them really heating up each section of the mat before moving it around. Finally I touched up the letter R on the emblem. Quite pleased with the results, not perfect but a hell of a lot better than they were. As you can see in the pic the pad on the steam mop was black afterwards so it's really lifted a lot of the grime

cleaning mats

Great idea,
Ive used Autoglym and a Dyson when Ive taken the mats out.
Lot of fiddling about but only an OK result.
I will fire up the steam cleaner next time!
