Do luck panel filter

Just changed my air filter and was suprised to find the one I took out was a do luck foam filter. It looks like it's been doing its job well as there is plenty of stuff stuck to it, looks like it's oiled too. I was just wondering can these filters be washed and used again mean as its a foam filter?
Feels a bit crappy to put an oem in now and throw the do luck out.

Change of plan. I'm sticking with the oem, just drove it and sounds loads different especially in vtec Seems more responsive too, it could all be in my head though

Quite common for foam filters to clog and start reducing air flow to be honest. If you want a one that breaths slightly better and can be re oiled go for a a k&n cotton but oem paper are pretty good all round and cheap enough to replace yearly
