Pad wear

I changed the front pads today and I thought I would have a quick look at the rears. The rear driver side outside pad (wheel side) is 50% more worn than the inside pad. What could cause this, sticky calliper? Handbrake?

Thanks

Should add.... Honda told me at the last service that front pads were 90% worn and need changing asap. When I removed them they had at least a 3rd left on them. They wanted 80 to do it. I bought brembo pads off Euro car parts for 30 and done them myself. Dodgy dealers !!
