Lower Front Suspension FN2

Recently had my civic mot'd at local Honda dealer got an advisory on a leaking front os shock. after purchasing new shock found the old one wasn't just leaking it was empty. shocking how it passed but wth.
The problem I am having is the lower strut bolt, I couldn't get them out so like a fool used metal hammer rather than rubber mallet my bad. I have rounded edges of the bolts and cant put them on car now as they keep cross threading. Anyone know where I can get any or is it dealer only. Thanks in advance.

you could try and file the ends see if you can rescue the bolts

depending your area look up see if you can find a hardware store that does nuts and bolts not the likes of wilkos but a proper trade centre
or go local scrap yard it will be quicker finding bthem off the shelf than dealer who would have to order them in

Tried shamforing the edges. Didn't help. So local hardware store might be an option or possibly an engineering company that's close by.

yep take the nut and bolt with you
if you go enginering company they might be able to rescue it if there helpfull enough and aslong as you aint done too much damage
if you need to bash bolts out always leave the nut on as much as possible to prevent damage
