Very close! I measured it, it is actually 60mm (2.36") -- the common Japanese 4-cylinder exhaust size.

Interestingly, it is the only car I have ever seen with an oval-shaped exhaust! The exhaust is actually 2.6" wide and 2.1" tall (to give an average diameter of 2.36"), all the way from the cat to the backbox.

Such is the very clever Honda engineering to give more ground clearance! Must be a lot more difficult to manufacture the bends with oval tubing than a standard round exhaust, but that's Honda quality for you.

Given how most aftermarket Japanese exhausts like Spoon are also 60mm, there is probably not much to be gained (other than noise) from an aftermarket exhaust given how good the factory one is. [That is unless you are going right up to a 70mm (2.76") or 3" exhaust!]
