GP Kit whats different?

Hi, Chaps, Just a quick one, can someone let me know what exactly is included in a GP kit?

It certainly makes the car look much more aggressive.
Don't suppose you know if the Type R springs are the same as the type s?
I know the S has 3 seat belts in the rear so in theory wold be designed to carry more passenger weight than the R, so would the springs be different too?

Years ago I have been in contact with the designer of this kit and he said me that rear diffuser improve aerodynamic by giving less air brake, while front lip spoiler reduces the down force. So I have held the front original lip spoiler to maintain more front down force and improving it with Seeker front lip spoiler.
