Baffled sump worth it?

Im just about to do an oil change so knows the time to stick a baffled sump in if I'm going to do it.

I plan to do one or two trackdays this year and a nurburgring trip. I've seen numerous times on the us forums people suggesting filing just over the max line on the dipstick rather than slightly under. Is it worth getting the baffled sump for just 3 track days? I'm looking at the clockwise one, is there any other options?

Don't think it's worth, and clockwise doesn't fit with stock oil pump. You need FD2 oil pump, balancer shaft delete kit, etc.

Well thats saved me 200 considering it'll cost close to a grand to get the kit and the baffle I'll just stick to using high quality oil and ensuring its topped right up.

Yeah, oil surge is unlikely, not 100% sure where the pickup pipe is, but I doubt you'll have enough grip, or enough long cornering, to warrant it......
