Car ramps for an FN2

Hi all,

I've been looking for a "budget" set of car ramps for my FN2, so I can carry out regular oil changes and maybe even do some under sealing. I was gifted some ramps that looked like they were from the 80s, but they had an argument with my front spoiler... so I've found a set with a lower incline. Has anyone else on here managed to get an FN2 up these ramps without issue?

At one stage, I considered making some out of scaffold planks, but I thought that was a little too bodgey.

Funnily enough, those were the "80s" ramps I had including the extensions. I found that the stop at the top of the ramp wedged into my front lip before I made it high enough up them to make a difference. Did the lump of wood help, Flashy?

Wink

I hooked the extension on rung 3 and Sat the bottom of the extension on some 2" wood that the wheel would go onto before climbing the extension. This lifted the car enough to avoid scraping the top edge of the ramps. Obviously I would not recommend having any wood under the actual ramp itself.
