It does also depend on how the car has been driven by its previous owners.
I know the history of my EP3 and it is on 202,000 miles, and still on the original timing chain, guides and tensioner. Regular oil changes have helped as has not bouncing it off the rev limiter every time that I used to drive it hard.
If you feel that it needs to be changed based on mileage alone, then get it changed.
