Stock Sat Nav for FN2

Hi I am just wondering if anyone has install the original Sat Nav system that came on later models of the FN2 or upgrade afterwards. Been trying to find out more but there doesn't seem to be much. I have only seen youtube videos of FN2 that came highly spec with the whole system. Thanks!
